FAREWELL SPEECH BY FACE OF CANDY CITY 2015.
Good evening ladies and gentlemen, It seems like just the other day when we were all talking about picking up form and planning on how to tag and make fans, and friends comment on "instagram" and even up to this moment, the nervousness, excitement and overwhelming happiness of how I bagged the title face of candy city 2015 with a whooping 3,641 likes and 3,576 comments is still fresh in my memory, it is indeed a very remarkable experience for me, an experience that I will forever treasure.
I have been blessed to wear this beautiful crown, which gave me the platform and opportunity to meet new people and participate in different events, social gatherings, engagements, met the "de cream" and "the low", This has taught me plenty of things and helped me to become a better person and this is what makes my reign as face of candy city 2015 more meaningful.
I remember thinking that it would be hard to say goodbye....... and I was right - It is hard. Yet I consider myself fortunate to have met such wonderful and inspiring people. Worthy of note is my predecessor Queen Joyce woke, To black dove modelling agency by Sandra Ikeji, To my international manager Mrs cynthia Ify Adebayo (wife to Sango) And to my very C.E.O Divine Oforma and entire crew of candy city entertainment in no particular order, To all my friends and well wishers who showed me love, encouraged me, gave me support and made my reign an awesome experience.. Our project pink blue, visit to National orthopaedic hospital Igbobi, Optimal cancer care foundation, My libri my pride awareness project in Ajegunle environs to mention a few....... Those were my inciting moments........ I couldn't have done it without our heavenly father and the continual love, trust and support of my family.
I pray that my successor keeps the flag flying high, I wish you happy adventures, fantastic new friendships, amazing experiences as you carry on my legacy.
