Glo threatens to drop the P-square as its ambassadors

Nigeria’s biggest indigenous telecommunication company, Globacom, has refused to renew P-Square’s contract as the company’s ambassador.

While Mike Adenuga recently renewed the contract of its ambassadors, he has decided to put a hold on Peter and Paul Okoye’s endorsement.

This means the duo may not remain as the company’s ambassadors, immediately their current contract expires.

Naij.com reported a top manager in GLO, disclosed the decision was imposed due to the show of shame that ensued between the company’s representatives and Peter, one half of the P-Square twins during the grand finale of the Dance with Peter talent hunt show.

He also admitted that GLO had defaulted on some of its promises made as the sole sponsor of the show and expressed dissatisfaction on how Peter overreacted by insulting them in the process.

It was gathered that when Mike Adenuga heard of the development, he gave the order that Psquare can no longer be his company’s ambassador.

Few days ago, the pop stars were in the news for days after airing their differences on social media which led to a huge controversy.

With Peter calling for their elder brother and manager, Jude‘s sack and the subsequent responses from his twin, Paul that he stands with Jude, the Okoyes were in the news for days.
