Hennur police have launched a manhunt for a Nigerian man, identified
only as Osas, for allegedly attacking 30-year-old Ugandan national
Shakira Nsonko on February 10, in Bengalulu, India.
Osas, it is alleged, attacked her with a knife at an African eatery when she refused to pay for his drink.
