Funmilayo Akinjiola and Damilola Okunola won the Elite Model look
back in Sept. 2015 and ever seen then they’ve graced just about every
runway in the country, as they have become a favorite in the fashion
industry. Now, they are headed to Milan.
The finale of the Elite Model look,
which is taking place for the first place in Milan sees over 30 models
from all parts of the world compete for the title of Elite Model look
world winners.
Also, they will be
needing the support of as many Nigerians as possible, as the competition
will also be awarding the most popular model, which will be given to
the most famous model on Twitter and Facebook.
Funmi
Akinjiola is 17 years old and is from Lagos. She says she has Bieber’s
‘What Do You Mean’ on repeat and describes her style as casual,
comfortable and chic. Finally, Akinjiola wants to follow her dreams and
live in line with God’s plan.
While Damilola
Okunola is 19 years and is also from Lagos. His passions include reading
lots of fashion magazines to be in the loop and hair styling is also
one of his passions. He believes in his faith and his daily mantra is
“God never sleeps nor slumbers”, while he describes his style as
classic.
