Blush has become a makeup staple adding a flush of colour to the cheeks sealing the whole makeup look.

Before now, a lot of ladies shied away from using blush basically because they 'don't understand' the application or not knowing how to find hues that suit their skintones but that has since changed.

1. Long Face

To apply blush on long face, brush on the apples of the cheek towards the ear to widen the face.

2. Square

To apply blush on square face shapes, brush directly unto the apples of the cheeks to soften the angles of the face.

3. Oval

To apply blush on oval face shapes, brush blush onto the apples of cheek and sweep upwards for a natural look.

4. Heart Shape

For heart shape, apply blush under apples of cheeks and sweep upwards to soften the chin.

5. Round Shape

Round shaped faces should always apply blush along the cheekbones and sweep upwards to slim the face
